Disable the television’s speakers (usually a setup-menu option, but a rear-panel switch on some televisions). If this is not possible, the problem is likely that the television responds to press-and-hold (ramping) volume commands more quickly than the HEOS HomeCinema; in this rare case use HEOS HomeCinema’s front-panel or supplied remote to turn the HEOS HomeCinema’s volume up. |
