Setting the back light
You can set the back light on the remote control unit to off to prolong the life of the dry cell batteries.
The default setting is “ON”.
Press and hold RC SETUP for more than 3 seconds.
“SETUP” and 
indicator flashes twice on the remote control unit.
Use 
to display “LIGHT” on the remote control unit and press ENTER.
