The platter does not spin

The platter does not spin.

Check whether the power plug is correctly inserted into the power outlet. link

Make sure that the belt is hooked on both the platter and roller correctly. Follow the following steps if the belt has come off.

Take the platter off the main unit and turn it over.
Hook the belt around the outside edge of the circular part on the bottom of the platter.
Turn the platter right-side up and pass the ribbon from the square hole between the platter and the belt.
Set up the platter as shown in Mounting the platterlink.
