Resetting your speaker

If the unit does not operate correctly, restarting the unit may improve it. It is recommended to restart the unit before restoring to the factory settings. link
Perform this if the operation does not improve even after restarting.
This will reset various settings (network connection info, equalizer, sound mode, quick select, etc.) to the factory settings. Configure them again.

Press and hold the CONNECT and Bluetooth ( Icon Bluetooth ) buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.

The status LED flashes amber.
