Cannot hear sound from one earbud

Cannot hear sound from one earbud.

The left and right earbuds are charged independently from the other. Depending on how you use your earbuds, battery consumption differs in the left and right earbuds.Therefore, the amount of charge remaining in one of earbuds may run out before the other. Put the earbuds in the charging case and connect the charging case to an AC adapter or computer using the included USB cable to charge the battery. The earbuds can also be charged using a commercially available wireless charger. link

The pairing between the left and right earbuds has been cancelled. Place the earbuds in the charging case and pair the left and right earbuds by pressing the multi-function button on the charging case twice while the lid is open.
